After years of growth, a number of things happened at the same time, and it felt like the perfect storm: the first internet bubble burst, computers became a commodity and the world economy held it’s breath after 9-11. We were forced to re-invent ourselves and let go of some great employees. This was probably the hardest period of our existence.
